Lori is Senior Vice President of Consulting Services and has over 25 years of experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives, including merger integrations and reorganizations. She is a highly experienced business leader, Six Sigma Master Black Belt & PMI Certified PMP. Lori has led many highly successful client engagements in Merger Integration, Globalization, Strategic Planning, Change Management, Process Improvement and Program/Project Management. Her work in Globalization and Merger Integration has involved 24 countries throughout Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Prior to joining Major Oak, Lori spent 20 years at JPMorgan Chase in a series of client facing relationship management, operations leadership and quality leadership roles. As a Relationship Manager in Small Business, Middle Market, Commercial and Private Banking, Lori developed a keen understanding of the business needs and competitive pressures facing her clients. She became a financial ally and trusted advisor to business owners, CEOs and CFOs in a wide array of industries including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Entertainment and Athletics, Professional Services and Marketing.

As Vice President of Productivity and Quality at JPMorgan Chase, Lori led people and teams through several major process improvement initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, acting as champion of change while managing business as usual and delivering consistently high levels of quality service to internal and external clients.

Lori’s areas of expertise include change management, talent management, employee health and wellness, merger integration, reorganization, process improvement, program and project management, executive coaching, and career counseling. She holds a PhD-ABD (all but dissertation) in Applied Organizational Psychology and a MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University, where her research focus included efficacy and quantifiable impacts of Employee Wellness, Work-Life Balance and Stress Management Initiatives. Lori also holds a BS in Management and Communications from Adelphi University and is an Adjunct Professor at NYU, where she teaches several classes in Organizational Behavior and Change.

Lori lives in Garden City, NY with her husband Ray and two teenage children. She loves to travel, especially with her family, and is a member of the award winning Greater Nassau Chorus, a competitive a cappella women’s barbershop chorus, which is currently ranked #1 in the Greater New York Region of Sweet Adelines International.
